Wedding Pricing:

We have done Weddings for nearly 15 years .... and we very much enjoy doing Weddings the right way.... the right way to us, is making sure you are in good hands with professionals, that we have found to be "On It!" each and every time! Why take a chance on a new Vendor you've never worked with before on such a huge day in your life.... 

 We feel it is very important to make sure we handle most of the Wedding details, so we can ensure PURE ENJOYMENT!


We Cater to busy couples, we also enjoy having some control over who we can trust to make sure everything is perfect!

Now.... for what we include for EACH AND EVERY WEDDING:

#1 is Private use of the Ranch from check-in to check-out!  It's ALL about YOU TWO!!!


Check in is 10 a.m. on Wedding Day, and check-out is 11 p.m. on Wedding Night.

Wedding Dinner - Professionally Catered (*caterer chosen at our annual tasting)

for up to 50 Guests:  $21,000

for up to 75 Guests:  $25,700

for up to 100 Guests:  $30,300

for up to 125 Guests:  $35,100

for up to 150 Guests:  $41,000

for up to 175 Guests:  $43,600

for up to 200 Guests:  $49,700

for up to 250 Guests:  $53,600

for up to 250 Guests:  $55,200

for up to 275 Guests:  $59,000

for up to 300 Guests:  $62,700


TERMS:

{*prices are subject to change, unless booked and confirmed}


To "Book and Confirm" we require a $5,000 Security Deposit, fully refundable after your departure / after the wedding is complete. 

It is Non-Refundable if you change your mind and do not get married at the Ranch.

This is our Security that you are serious and will take good care of the Ranch and invite guests who will also do so.  

Wedding Agreement is to be signed and returned to us.  Wedding Payment is due 3 1/2 weeks prior to your Wedding Date, in full, payable by check, cash or PayPal only if there are no fees, or you cover the 3% fees {No fee charged if from a Bank Account}.  

Once we receive the Security Deposit and the Signed Wedding Agreement, you and your Date are then considered Booked and Confirmed.

Extra Guests can be added on as late as the week prior to your Wedding, if over the package guest count, you can add on per person at the rate of $225* per person.

*per person charge is only for adding on additional over and above your package, actual per person rate my vary.
